I used to go pecan picking every fall when I was a child! Such good memories! I expect to see a pecan pie recipe soon

When we lived in Austin, our front yard was home to a pecan tree. What fun we had (and what delicious breads and pies!) Your post brought back fond memories. Thank you so much for sharing!

Fun! A pecan tree? I love love love pecans! I can imagine myself sitting out under that tree picking (and eating) pecans until I couldn’t eat a single one more. Seriously, I’d be obsessed! I love the photo – you look so happy, like you’re having so much fun! What a great post – I love the picture story-telling! It makes me feel like I was there.
