Coconut butter just may do the trick, coconut oil may not hold the mixture!!

No bake dessert bites are the best without having to bake or assemble them especially with the heat waves coming in! Cookie doughs are indeed mouthwatering and I like them in coconut ice cream. Have you tried So Delicious Cookie Dough ice cream? So good…I used to eat the whole pint quickly! Interesting use of oat flour – is there any alternative to whipped butter? Perhaps coconut oil or butter?

No bake is perfect for this time of year. I am always craving sweets so love how quick these cookie dough bites are to whip up Love that you used oat flour too
