Clean Eating 1600 calories

13 April, 2016 by Shundara@Savynaturalista

Clean Eating Diet

I gained a lot of weight last year due to unforeseen occurrences in my life. I am really trying my hardest to lose the weight that I gained and the baby fat that never left (kidding). To be honest I have never had a problem with the fitness part. It’s always been the food for me! I am the true definition of a foodie addict, but I am looking to really stay discipline this year and apply all the knowledge that I have learned about losing weight to work. It’s been a tough Journey for me, because I never really understood calories. I also think I didn’t want to believe how important they are in a weight lost diet. I am still learning and would love if you can come along for the journey. I hope you enjoy the new series that I will be bringing you for the remainder of April and all the way until July. See you in the next few videos.
