Simple Rose Arrangement

When the FedEx guy rang the doorbell I was in shock because I was not expecting any packages. I received some beautiful roses from my brother which nearly bought me to tears. I’ve always wanted my brother and sisters to be closer to me so we could have family reunions and go out for lunch together. With all of us being scattered around the country doing are own thing I know it can be hard, so when he sent me flowers I had tears of joy. Even though we don’t talk as much as I want us to or as close as we were as kids. I know he loves me and he is doing ok and that’s all I ever wanted. I love flowers and roses are defiantly in my top two so let’s get to the arrangement. 

Things you will need for your Rose Arrangement:
Pruning Shears
Flowers
Garden Gloves
Vase
Directions: Place water in a vase making sure you don’t over fill it, stir in plant food and set aside. Start by cutting the stems to your desire length, make sure you cut all your stems to the exact same length (I like a short length).  There may be damaged petals so removed them (don’t throw them away). Now add roses to the vase.

Rose arrangement Tips: 

Don’t use scissors to cut the stems of your roses this will only damage the rose cells, to keep bacteria out make sure you don’t have any leaves in the water (depending on the length of your roses, you also need to take some leaves away from your roses). I had a few leaves in the vase and had to take all my roses out and redo the arrangement. Don’t throw those damage petals away place them on a paper towel to dry. I have a few plans
