Egg White Mask (Large Pores Series)

Egg White Mask When it comes to the pores I find no matter how much I take care of my skin they always seem larger. Egg White Mask Recipe:
1 egg white
½ tbsp. cornstarch
2 drops lavender essential oil
Recipe Directions: In a medium cup place egg white and whisk until foamy add cornstarch, lavender oil and whisk until mixture becomes thick and foamy. Smear all over your face, and let it set for 10-30 minutes or until it dries. Once the mask dries rinse your face and pat dry.

    Can you use Arrowroot powder as a substitute for cornstarch?

    Can you use something other that lavender? Like maybe jasmine?

    I like egg white masks and have used lemon juice in it before. I was wondering what the purpose of cornstarch is? Sounds good though I’ll try it out thanks!

      It’s to thicken up the mask, but its not necessary

      No the essential oils give it a lovely smell.. 🙂 you know the smell egg is not for everyone!

      I apply it once a week.. Maybe every 4-6 weeks is fine
