Awesome video about oat flour, very helpful and bookmarking this. I tried making almond flour from scratch, but I’ve never made oat flour before. I would like to incorporate more oat flour in my baked goods!

I wish this video is captioned or provide transcript. I would love to know what you said about oat flour, I am trying to find oat flour useful and more information why I should use oat flour instead of regular flour.
