Cold Chest Vapo Rub Bathbombs!

Welcome to another episode of DIY Saturday! The flu season is upon us and it is time to get all those over the counter medications out. Josh has been under the weather lately with the sudden change in the temperature. So, I whipped up a batch of these easy Vicks vapor bath bombs to help him out. I think this is a great mixture for those who don’t buy essential oils like camphor, eucalyptus as well as menthol crystals.

The next time you have a cough or congestion, reach for these little bathbomobs to relieve your aches and pains during the flu season! With this easy DIY

This is a great way to relax the muscles, relive those pesky aches and pains that you may be experiencing due to the common cold are flu. This mixture is more of a dough so you will not need molds.

The next time you have a cough or congestion, reach for these little bath bombs to relieve your aches and pains during the flu season!I actually would not recommend them. Cookie cutter make work better if you roll it on a flat surface. They can be used for same day use or next day once dried. But this is a great mixture for all those who are getting sick.

Cold Chest Vapo Rub Bathbombs:

2 cups baking soda (I used about 1 ¾ cup)

1 cup citric acid (I started at ¾ cup, but the mixture became more of a dough I added more)

½ cup corn starch

¼ cup polylobate 80 (this product is optional but if you skip the end results will vary)

¼ cup Vicks Vapor rub (I used generic version and a heaping ¼ cup)

¼ cup coconut oil

30 drops miracle glow oil

10- 20 drops glycerin

Molds (However the mixture is a bit of a dough, so you may not need a mold at all)

1/8 -¼ tsp. Mica
