Mermaid Body Scrub

This is an Easy Mermaid Body Sugar Scrub DIY that anyone can make!

Welcome to another episode of DIY Saturday! Today we are making a Mermaid Body Scrub. This Mermaid Body Scrub makes the perfect gift to give to any of your friends and family. If you would like me to make an all-natural Mermaid Sugar Body Scrub. Please let me know I would love to do that for you.

This Scrub requires only a few simple ingredients that you can find at your local grocery stores. I am going to dedicate most of my DIY Saturdays skincare recipes to festive recipes that we all can enjoy looking at. This Mermaid Body Scrub has a variation of lovely colors that illuminate in the sun. This scrub will also give your body a lovely shimmer.  

You can also use Neon Gel food colorings for this scrub they would be lighter and more vibrant, but you would not get a shimmer effects. But I think it will still look beautiful!  

I think the dragon bloods scent was the perfect deep earthy scent for this scrub. However, there are lots of mermaid scents, but I think a mermaid is more of an earthy with a fresh scent.

Let me know what you think a mermaid scent is. I have heard ocean breeze, clean linen and even water falls. I added Miracle Glow Oil to the recipe and it makes a wonderful gift. I hope you enjoy this easy Mermaid Sugar Scrub DIY! 

Mermaid Body Scrub Recipe: 

2 cups Granulated Sugar 

1 cup Hemp Seed Oil (I used it because it was a dry oil, it’s optional) 

10-20 drops mircale glow oil 

20-40 drops Dragons Blood Fragrance Oil  

¼ tsp. or less of Mica and Body Safe Colorants  

Shimmer Flakes (Opitional) 

Gel Food Coloring (use if no Micas)
