I cannot decide if I should call this creamy avocado mix a dip or a spread. I use it as a spread and I will sometimes use it as a dip. I love how versatile the avocado mix can be it makes it so much easier for sandwiches since country boy is not a fan of mayo.
Since he is a huge fan of sports mainly football fan not so much a basketball fan, every now and then he will watch a basketball game. I know pretty soon he will request me to make this dip to go with a big bag of chips (I am not a sports fan so I rarely watch, if I do I usually fall asleep or play in his hair). Ever since I used this spread on sandwiches I made him for work he requests it all the time.
I love to eat mine with veggies, especially cucumber which has become my new favorite vegetable. It took me awhile to get over celery but I still have it every now and then, Ok! Ok! I will stop babbling and get down to the dip…

I love mini avocados, they were cheaper then the bigger ones. I got 7 for a dollar you can’t beat that ! ![]()

I have been really looking forward to actually making this scrub because it’s edible; I sometimes like to make gifts that kids can enjoy and I think this is one they would love to make (they can eat it and get a good scrub
). I know I find that when I make homemade scrubs they smell so good I always want to taste it as well, but of course essential oils are not meant to eat.
I have many moments when I was a child I would just eat my little heart out. I guess I will call them my “greedy” moments. When I was a little girl my mom use to always make sugar scrubs she would also buy homemade ones and they smelled so good. I would always find my way into the tub just to get my hand on a jar of scrub; just so I was able to lick and eat every sweet crystal from the jar. It was a good thing to me I always stayed clean and also go to eat sweets as I was getting clean ( excuses).
I used the recipe from my pretty in pink sugar scrub; the measurements are a little different. I also added 2 tbsp. of orange peel,1 tbsp. of orange extract( no essential oils), and food 10 drops of orange food coloring .

Ok this is my last no bake recipe, wait no this will be my last Lara bar recipe for a while! It is pretty warm (108) so I am trying not to turn the oven on but you know the 4th of July is coming up and I plan on doing a lot of baking. I am a very festive person I love to get in the spirit; I guess growing up not celebrating any holidays will make you go all out every chance you get.
I must get back to the Lara bars! I never have any almonds I always forget when I get to the grocery store, and food looks better with lots of color; so I decided to add pink dye to the bars to give them a little flare! It worked out great before I realized it, I was eating more then I should have and thought about going for a run. I decided to add shredded coconut to the bars and I am beginning to wonder if coconut is a nut, a seed, or just a fat. I have no clue if anyone could let me in on the truth about this interesting fat I will be the happiest women alive (literally)!
Ok! Ok! Let’s get to the recipe, but before I do make sure you like me on face book and follow me on pintrest I will be doing a giveaway soon!

I had all weekend to make this recipe but never got to it because of the other 50 million things I decided to do; I am a procrastinator when it comes to these types of things but I try to get it done. Of course country mouse decides to tell me at the last minute he needed a snack for work, so I had no choice but to go ahead and make them.
